Every NDIS participant has an individual plan that lists their goals. Participants use their funding to purchase supports and services that will help them achieve their goals. This is designed to allow better choice and control over the supports received.
Definitions
- "Psymplicity" refers to the organization providing support services
- "Participant" refers to the individual receiving support services.
- "Representative" refers to a person authorized to act on behalf of the participant
- "NDIS" refers to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- "Support Services" refers to the services provided by Psymplicity to participants.
Acceptance
By accepting support services from Psymplicity, participants or their representatives acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Support Services
- Psymplicity will provide support services in accordance with the participant's NDIS plan and goals.
- Support services will be tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant.
- Psymplicity will work collaboratively with participants, their representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure that support services are delivered in a way that respects the participant's autonomy and dignity.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Psymplicity reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants or their representatives will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting support services from Psymplicity, participants or their representatives acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
